To officially lock in your booking and secure your date on our calendar, a £50 deposit is required right now. This instant payment ensures that your event is formally reserved and that all premium sound and lighting equipment is locked in exclusively for your night. Please note that this deposit amount is not an extra fee—it is fully deducted from your final package total.

Final Payment Deadline: The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days (1 week) before your event date.

Automatic Cancellation: Failure to settle the full invoice balance by the 7-day pre-event deadline will result in the immediate and automatic cancellation of your booking.

Forfeiture of Deposit: If your booking is cancelled due to non-payment after the 7-day pre-event deadline has passed, your £50 deposit becomes strictly non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility: Your £50 deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your booking before the 7-day pre-event deadline.
